Who We Need

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to report directly to our Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator, but a driver of results who balances meticulous attention to detail with the interpersonal strength required to hold cross-functional teams accountable. You will be the primary steward of project integrity, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and every stakeholder is aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specification Gathering: Work across multiple technical and business teams to ensure requirements are crystal clear and documented before execution begins.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as the central nervous system for projects, maintaining high-trust relationships with clients, internal operations, and development teams.
  • Strategic Execution: Deploy project strategies and lead teams with a relentless focus on meeting defined goals and “on-time, on-budget” delivery.
  • Accountability & Performance: Establish clear reporting structures and task prioritization. You are responsible for holding team members accountable to their commitments and deadlines.
  • Rigorous Project Tracking: Define and track objectives for complex initiatives, assessing progress against granular project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Scope & Risk Governance: Proactively identify, monitor, and communicate project-related issues. You must manage scope creep with discipline, ensuring all variances and contingencies are addressed before they impact the timeline.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience leading complex projects (system implementations and business analysis) through every phase of the project life cycle.
  • Command of Tools: Mastery of standard project management software is non-negotiable. You must be proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, Visio, or equivalent enterprise-grade tools to maintain a “single source of truth” for the project.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a “no-stone-left-unturned” approach to documentation and technical specifications.
  • Communication Excellence: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and deliver firm, professional feedback when projects veer off course.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to coach team members and promote a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices.
